Hunter Vintage & Resto Fair Car & Bike show

Hunter Vintage and Retro Car & Bike Show returns to the fair in 2024.

Entrants, by signing this document below, agree that upon acceptance of entry:

¿ Entrants shall release the Hunter Vintage and Retro Fair and all persons connected with
the organisation of the event, from any and all liabilities for damage to any person or
property.

¿ Entrants further agree to accept all directions and decisions made by event
representatives during the course of the event.

¿ Owners of parked vehicles are not permitted to move their vehicles unless they have
notified a representative of the Hunter Vintage and Retro Fair to assist with guiding them
around and out of the area.

¿ Vehicles must arrive no later than 9am. Hunter Vintage and Retro Fair representatives
reserve the right to refuse entry for vehicles that arrive after 9am.

¿ Vehicles CANNOT be moved during trophy presentation.
